- To secure booking 50% of the fee paid immediately + signing Terms & Conditions document, with balance on arrival (Cheque or cash – no credit card facilities)
- Electricity/heating/logs not charged if used thoughtfully - linen provided FOC (bed, bath, kitchen)
- Holding Deposit of £50/week charged per lodge - returned in full if no damage/loss of keys & all left clean/tidy & refuse recycled
- Figures in brackets show the number of persons able to be accommodated
- Pets by arrangement (FOC) and provision of baby cots and high chairs at no extra charge
- Woodside Lodge is set back at right angles to Poolside Lodge & Studio/fenced off pool area with full use of all facilities (outdoor pool 01 May to 30th September subject to weather)
